Grt I love this app. If your bed is soft enough, it will accurately record your sleep quality and wake you up during light sleep within the timeframe you select. I like the alarm tones and gradual volume incrse. I LOVE the data it gathers on sleep quality combined with your own sleep notes. It comes with helpful instructions on phone placement etc.... It advises you to plug your phone in for overnight use, but I've gone without and only uses about 35% of battery for an 8 hour night.
